At Your Edu Shop, we primarily provide digital educational resources. However, for any physical merchandise or printed study materials, our shipping policy applies as follows.

Digital Products

All digital products (PDFs, video courses, digital notes) are delivered instantly or within 24 hours of payment verification. You will receive an email containing a secure download link, and the materials will also be unlocked in your student dashboard.

Note: No physical shipping fees apply to digital products.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

For printed materials or physical merchandise:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Methods: We utilize trusted courier partners across India (e.g., India Post, DTDC).
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery within Kerala typically takes 3-5 business days. Interstate delivery may take 5-10 business days.
• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp and email.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for physical products are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
